By incorporating this practice with mindfulness meditation techniques we can find more inner stillness and peace of mind, thereby bringing about more healing and health of the whole being. Both dynamic and restorative, classes incorporate asana, (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), relaxation and mindfulness meditation.
