I like to take an authentic yet open minded approach to my teaching style, being a firm believer that yoga is about flexibility in mind as well as in body!

I bring influences of different styles into my classes (all of which I have studied individually) to create an eclectic yet authentic blend of asana practice, pranayama (breathwork), relaxation and mindfulness meditation.

The practice is both dynamic and restorative, challenging and nourishing, rejuvenating and cleansing, inducing a feeling of ease, strength and wellbeing.

I incorporate flowing dynamic practice (vinyasa) with more restorative grounding practice, always focusing on breath, alignment, presence, energy flow, and the more subtle aspects of the practice, for mind as well as body.
